Fitness and Training.



Something I have always been keen on is training, whether that's gym training, rugby training or just being active. I am lucky enough to have a job that means I am constantly able to endulge in all sorts of excercise routines, sports and have the opportunity to work with top trainers across many sports. 

The most frequently asked questions I get are always related to training or to nutrition.  So I thought I would create a place where I could publish, routines, training tips and video content that you can download and follow yourselves.  Obviously each persons requirements are different, so the sessions can be tailored to your needs, but whatever sport you do it's always fun to change things up and try something new.. Never work beyond your capabilities and always be careful when lifting weights.

Some of my Hobbies are things like Boxing, jujitsu and Crossfit. Here is a video of my getting flogged by Richard Tidmarsh during a Crossfit session.
